Production and Delivery Estimates

Please be aware that in some cases, we require 3-6weeks of production time to fulfill and send your order, even if the items are "In Stock". This applies to our gold pieces, larger pendants, and rings.

If you would like to receive a production/shipping estimate before placing your order, please add items to your cart and email us at info@catherinemichiels.com with your request. We will review your abandoned cart and provide you with an estimate promptly.

EU Orders

If you are ordering from Europe, choose the ‘Group Ship option via Brussels’ shipping method then we’ll send your order to our Brussels dispatch onto you. This way you do not have to pay customs fees. Please allow extra transit time using this option.

Si vous commandez depuis l'Europe, choisissez l'option "Envoi groupé via Bruxelles" : nous enverrons votre commande vers notre bureau de Bruxelles qui vous l'enverra avec numéro de suivi pour vous éviter les frais de douanes.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We cannot therefore guarantee delivery times once an order leaves our office.

Please feel free to contact us or your local shipping agency for updates on your package delivery date.
